Mission Statement
The Northern Ilinois Association for the Education of Young Children exists for the purpose of supporting the needs of children and their families by providing professional development opportunitites and by advocating for children and their families through community outreach, professional development, awareness activites, and advocacy.
Values Statement

Vision Statement
The Northern Illinois Association for the Education of Young Children will promote quality and excellence in the field of early childhood eduacation. We will reach an increasingly diverse population of early childhood professionals to enchance and enrich the lives of all young children and their families.
